Poverty is a common situation in the Philippines. Although we compensate our employees with fair wages, many of our Filipino staff members end up providing for their extended family members who live in poverty. This is a big burden to carry. In order to support our staff, we are giving each Filipino employee a financial gift that will enable them to gather their extended family together for a meal over the Christmas holiday. In addition, CSC offers a benevolence fund call The Compassion Fund that goes to aid an employee (and their family) when a crisis occurs.
